C2 Permission Reference

This reference is generated from the MilSim API permission catalogue. Use it with the task guides before changing a role: the exact key grants access, while the guide explains the button, outcome, and any plan feature required.

How To Read A Permission

A permission has an area and an action: for example, events:create lets a role create events. read usually opens a list or detail page; it does not automatically grant edit or delete access.

Important Notes

Give staff the smallest set needed for their actual job. Start with read access, then add create, update, or delete only where needed.
A permission does not bypass a community plan feature. A locked page can still require a plan upgrade.
C2 currently references roles:view in one compatibility check, but it is not part of this API-backed catalogue. Do not add it to a role; use roles:read and follow the verification note in Roles And Permissions.
